Ingredients
2 oz Dry Gin
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Hibiscus Syrup
3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 dashes Monarch Bitters
Splash Sparkling Rosé
For garnish Edible Flower
For garnish Orange Twist
Instructions
1. Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
2. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, and monarch bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
4. Empty the ice from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
5. Top with a splash of sparkling rosé.
6. Garnish with an edible flower and a single orange twist, allowing the twist to float on the surface.
