Ingredients

0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

0.25 oz Simple syrup

1 oz (to top) Prosecco

for garnish Edible flower and lemon twist

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

2. In a shaker, add the gin, pomegranate juice, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to chill.

4. Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

5. Carefully float the prosecco on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.

6. Garnish with an edible flower and a twist of lemon.
