Refreshing and zesty, this Keto Limoncello recipe is a low-carb twist on the classic Italian liqueur. Made with Allulose as the sweetener, it's perfect for those on a ketogenic diet or anyone looking to reduce their sugar intake.


- 10 organic lemons
- 1 liter of vodka
- 1 1/2 cups of Allulose
- 3 cups of water


1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and peel them, taking care to remove only the yellow zest and avoid the bitter white pith.
2. Place the lemon zest in a large glass jar and pour the vodka over it. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about two weeks, shaking it gently every few days.
3. After two weeks, strain the lemon-infused vodka through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth and discard the lemon zest.
4. In a saucepan, combine the Allulose and water and heat gently, stirring until the Allulose is completely dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool.
5. Mix the cooled syrup with the lemon-infused vodka and pour the mixture into bottles. Store the Keto Limoncello in the freezer until ready to serve.

Alternative Sweeteners
