The Golden Montenegroni

This cocktail is a twist on the classic Negroni, made with gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Instead of Campari, we use Montenegro, a slightly bitter amaro with honey and citrus notes. Ingredients: - 1.5 oz gin - 1 oz Montenegro - 1 oz sweet vermouth - Orange twist, for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice. 2. Add the gin, Montenegro, and sweet vermouth. 3. Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds. 4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. 5. Garnish with an orange twist. 6. Enjoy the complex and rich flavor of this delicious cocktail.
