Ingredients: - 1.5 oz white rum - 1 oz blood orange juice - 0.5 oz fresh lime juice - 0.5 oz grenadine - 1 oz pineapple juice - 1 oz coconut water - 0.5 oz blue curaçao - Slice of orange and a cherry for garnish - Ice cubes Instructions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add the white rum, blood orange juice, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Shake well until thoroughly mixed and chilled. 3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. 4. Gently pour grenadine into the glass; it will sink to the bottom creating a gradient effect. 5. In a separate small mixing glass, combine the blue curaçao and coconut water. Slowly pour this mixture over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the drink. 6.
