Orange Blossom Gin Fizz

- 2 oz gin - 1 oz fresh orange juice - 1/2 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) - 1 egg white - 3-4 dashes orange bitters - Soda water - Orange peel, for garnish To make the cocktail, combine the gin, orange juice, honey syrup, egg white, and orange bitters in a shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with soda water. Garnish with a strip of orange peel, twisted to release the oils, and enjoy your Orange Blossom Gin Fizz!
