Elderflower Fizz

This original cocktail is made with gin and St Germain, creating a floral and herbaceous base. The addition of egg whites gives the drink a creamy and frothy texture. Ingredients: -2 oz gin -1 oz St Germain -1 oz fresh lemon juice -1 egg white -Club soda -Lemon twist for garnish Directions: 1. In a cocktail shaker without ice, add gin, St Germain, lemon juice and egg white. 2. Shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white with the other ingredients. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled. 4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. 5. Top with club soda and gently stir. 6. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
