Aperol Sunset

This vibrant cocktail combines the bitterness of Aperol with the sweetness of orange juice, finished with a delightful layer of Aperol foam. Ingredients: - 2 oz Aperol - 4 oz orange juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - 2 dashes orange bitters - Orange peel, for garnish Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Aperol, orange juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters. 2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. 4. Pour the egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 10-15 seconds, until frothy. 5. Layer the Aperol foam on top of the cocktail. 6. Garnish with an orange peel twist and enjoy!
