Ingredients

1 oz Elderflower liqueur

1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

to top Champagne or sparkling wine

for garnish Fresh rosemary sprig

for garnish Edible flower

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.

2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the elderflower liqueur, gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well-chilled.

4. Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

5. Gently top with champagne, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
