Ingredients

2 Fresh raspberries

1/2 oz Minnesota maple syrup

2 oz New Jersey-distilled bourbon

1/2 oz Lemon juice

2 dashes Aromatic bitters

as needed Ice

1 oz Sparkling water

1 for garnish Rosemary sprig

1 for garnish Lemon peel twist

Instructions

1. In a shaker, muddle 2 fresh raspberries with 1/2 oz of Minnesota maple syrup.

2. Add 2 oz of New Jersey-distilled bourbon, 1/2 oz of lemon juice, and 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.

5. Top with 1 oz of sparkling water and gently stir to combine.

6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a thin lemon peel twist.
