The Golden Union Spritz is a shimmering, romantic cocktail that embodies the love and commitment of Alleigh & Josh on their special day. With a radiant blend of sweet peach vodka, tangy orange juice, and tropical pineapple juice, this cocktail captures the essence of their joyous celebration. Reflecting their elegant black, white, and gold theme, it charms with a striking appearance featuring a gold sugar rim and a touch of edible gold leaf. The cocktail finishes with a subtle hint of black pepper to signify the spice of life and love they share.

Ingredients

2 oz peach vodka

1 oz orange juice

1 oz pineapple juice

1 cup ice

1 tbsp gold sugar (for rimming)

a few drops edible gold leaf

1 thin slice black pepper slice (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add 2 oz of peach vodka.

3. Pour in 1 oz orange juice.

4. Add 1 oz pineapple juice.

5. Shake well until chilled.

6. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

7. Garnish with a gold sugar rim and a thin black pepper slice on the edge of the glass.

8. Drizzle a few drops of edible gold leaf over the top for a sparkling finish.
