A lush, tropically inspired cocktail that evokes the gentle breeze beneath palm trees at dusk. Whispering Palms subtly blends white rum with lychee liqueur, fresh cucumber, a hint of coconut, and aromatic basil for a crisp, fragrant sip that's both unexpected and endlessly refreshing. Ingredients: - 1.5 oz white rum - 0.5 oz lychee liqueur - 0.75 oz fresh lime juice - 0.5 oz coconut water - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 3 thin slices of cucumber - 3 fresh basil leaves (plus 1 for garnish) - Club soda, to top Muddle cucumber and basil together gently in a shaker. Add rum, lychee liqueur, lime juice, coconut water, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled Collins glass over fresh ice.
