Begin by chilling a martini glass in the freezer. 2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Smirnoff Vodka, Martini Dry Vermouth, passion fruit juice, lime juice, vanilla syrup, lychee syrup, and chocolate bitters. 3. Add ice to the shaker, and shake vigorously until well-chilled. 4. Take the chilled martini glass and rub the rim with a lime wedge to wet it slightly. 5. Mix a small amount of black pepper and chili powder on a plate, then gently twist the rim of the glass in the mixture to coat it. 6. Double strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared martini glass, ensuring no ice chips are transferred. 7.
