A refreshing cocktail that combines the sweetness of fresh pineapple juice with a hint of tartness, perfect for a hot summer day by the pool. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz white rum - 3 oz freshly squeezed pineapple juice - 3/4 oz fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water, heated and mixed) - 2-3 dashes of orange bitters - Pineapple wedge for garnish Directions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add the white rum, freshly squeezed pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and a few dashes of orange bitters. 3. Shake well for 15-20 seconds. 4.
