The Stout Amaretto Flip

Ingredients: - 1.5 oz amaretto liqueur - 1 oz stout beer - 1 egg - 0.5 oz heavy cream - Grated nutmeg for garnish Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker, add the amaretto, stout beer, egg and heavy cream. 2. Dry shake the ingredients (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg and mix everything well. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 10 to 15 seconds until well chilled. 4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. 5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
