The Overstirred Olive Martini

Ingredients: - 2.5 oz gin - 0.5 oz dry vermouth - 3 olives for garnish Instructions: 1. Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water. 2. Add gin and dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. 3. Stir the mixture for 30-40 seconds, slightly over-stirring to dilute the drink and create a silky texture. 4. Discard the ice and water from the martini glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass. 5. Garnish with three olives on a toothpick and enjoy!
