The Fernet Fling

This tasty cocktail is a perfect balance of bitter and sweet with a hint of spice. To make it, you'll need: - 1 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice - 3/4 oz honey syrup - 2 dashes Angostura bitters - Club soda, to top To make the honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and hot water, stirring until the honey is completely dissolved. For the cocktail, add all ingredients (except the club soda) to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
