Ingredients: - 80ml apple juice (100% juice is best) - 40ml peach nectar - 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice - 10ml honey syrup (mix equal parts honey and warm water) - 80ml sparkling water or club soda - 2–3 fresh basil leaves - Ice cubes - Apple or lemon slice, and a basil leaf for garnish Glass: Highball glass Instructions: 1. In a shaker, gently muddle the basil leaves with lemon juice and honey syrup to release the aroma. 2. Add the apple juice, peach nectar, and a few ice cubes. 3.
