Son of a Bee Sting

This fruity cocktail packs a little bit of a punch. It combines the sweetness of honey with the heat of jalapeño for a perfect balance of flavors. Ingredients: - 2 oz tequila - 1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) - 1 oz lime juice - 1 slice of jalapeño - 2 oz pineapple juice - Salt Instructions: 1. Rim a glass with salt. 2. Muddle the jalapeño slice in the bottom of a shaker. 3. Add ice, tequila, honey syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice to the shaker and shake. 4. Strain the mixture into the salt-rimmed glass with fresh ice. 5. Garnish with a jalapeño slice.
