Smoky Scotchy Vermouth

This modern original cocktail is the perfect balance of smoky and sweet. The main ingredient is a smooth scotch whiskey that is blended with sweet vermouth and a touch of smoky flavor. The smoke comes from a spritz of smoky bitters or a smoldering wood plank used to infuse the drink with its signature smoky aroma. Ingredients: - 2 oz Scotch whiskey - 1 oz sweet vermouth - 2 dashes of smoky bitters (or a smoldering wood plank) - Orange peel for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice. 2. Add the Scotch and sweet vermouth to the mixing glass. 3. Add 2 dashes of smoky bitters to the mixing glass or light a smoldering wood plank and place it on top of the glass. 4.
