Smoke & Fire Margarita

This cocktail is the perfect balance between smoky and spicy, with a kick of citrus. Ingredients: - 2 oz. mezcal - 1 oz. tequila - 1 oz. fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz. agave nectar - 1/4 oz. orange liqueur - 1 slice jalapeño pepper - 1 sprig of fresh rosemary Instructions: 1. In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño and rosemary. 2. Add the mezcal, tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and orange liqueur to the shaker. 3. Fill with ice and shake well. 4. Strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. 5. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño and a sprig of rosemary.
