Scotched Pear Fizz

Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Scotch whisky - 0.5 oz apricot brandy - 0.5 oz sweet vermouth - 0.5 oz lemon juice - 1 pear, peeled and sliced - Soda water Directions: 1. Muddle the sliced pear in a cocktail shaker. 2. Add the Scotch whisky, apricot brandy, sweet vermouth, and lemon juice to the shaker. 3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. 5. Top with soda water and stir gently. 6. Garnish with a pear slice and serve.
