Pint of Lager Mate

This refreshing beer cocktail is perfect for a summer day at the beach or a backyard BBQ with friends. Ingredients: - 1 pint of lager beer - 1 shot of Mate tea - 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz of agave nectar - Salt for rimming (optional) - Lime wheel for garnish Instructions: 1. Brew one shot of Mate tea and let it cool down to room temperature. 2. Rim a pint glass with salt (optional). 3. In a cocktail shaker, add the cooled Mate tea, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. 4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. 5. Strain the mixture into the salt-rimmed pint glass filled with ice. 6. Fill the glass with cold lager beer. 7. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
