Particle Smash

Description: This cocktail is inspired by the scientific marvel, Large Hadron Collider. Just like the collision of subatomic particles in the collider, this drink is a mix of intense flavors that come together in perfect harmony. It's a perfect blend of sweet and sour with a hint of smokiness. Ingredients: - 1 oz vodka - 1 oz blue curaçao - 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice - 1/2 oz honey syrup - 1/2 oz mezcal - Dash of orange bitters - Ice cubes - Orange peel, for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add vodka, blue curaçao, lime juice, honey syrup, mezcal, and orange bitters. 3. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. 4.
