Gin and Amaretto Sour

This delicious cocktail is a twist on the classic Amaretto Sour, with the addition of gin for a refreshing kick. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz gin - 1 oz amaretto liqueur - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - Angostura bitters Directions: 1. In a shaker, combine gin, amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. 2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Add ice and shake again until chilled. 4. Strain into a glass filled with ice. 5. Top with a few dashes of Angostura bitters. 6. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry. 7.
