Citrus and Spice

- 2 oz of Whisky - 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice - 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 oz of simple syrup - 2 oz of ginger beer - Ice To make this cocktail, fill a shaker with ice and add the whisky, lime juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well to combine. Strain the contents of the shaker into a glass filled with ice. Top off the drink with ginger beer, and give it a good stir. Garnish with a slice of lime or lemon, and enjoy!
