Ingredients: - 2 oz white rum - 1 oz Aperol - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 3 dashes Angostura bitters - 2 slices of fresh red chili (for garnish) - Citrus twist (for garnish, preferably from a lime or an orange) - Club soda (to top off) Glass: Highball glass Instructions: 1.
