Amaretto Sour Twist

Ingredients: - 2 oz Amaretto liqueur - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 1/2 oz orange juice - 1 dash of Angostura bitters - 1 egg white - Ice cubes - Lemon wheel and cherry for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pour in the Amaretto liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, orange juice and Angostura bitters. 2. Add the egg white to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass over ice. 4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry. 5. Enjoy the smooth Amaretto liqueur mixed with a perfect balance of sour and sweet flavors, topped off with a frothy egg white layer.
