Ingredients: - 1.5 oz funky Jamaican overproof rum - 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Lime Sour - 0.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup - 0.75 oz guava nectar - 0.5 oz passion fruit liqueur - 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters - 6 fresh mint leaves - Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel & mint bouquet Glass: Double Old Fashioned glass (rocks glass) Preparation: Add mint leaves to shaker and gently press with muddler. Add all remaining ingredients with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds and strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass.
