Ingredients: 1.5 oz premium tequila blanco 0.5 oz mezcal (float) 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Pomegranate Juice 0.75 oz Twisted Alchemy Blood Orange Juice 0.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Passion Fruit Juice 0.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup 0.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Persian Lime Juice Black lava salt (rim) Edible flower or twist of orange peel, for garnish Glass: Chilled coupe glass Preparation: 1. Rim the coupe glass with lime and dip in black lava salt. 2. Add tequila, pomegranate juice, blood orange juice, passion fruit juice, rich simple syrup, and lime juice into a shaker filled with ice. 3. Shake vigorously until well chilled. 4. Strain into the prepared coupe glass. 5. Gently float mezcal on top by pouring over the back of a spoon. 6. Garnish with an edible flower or a twist of orange peel.
