Ingredients: - 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Persian Lime Juice - 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup - 3 fresh raspberries - 3 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced - 3 oz club soda - Coconut foam (see below) - Ice - Garnish: raspberry, strawberry slice, and fresh mint sprig Coconut Foam: - 2 oz coconut cream - 1 oz coconut water - 0.25 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup - Optional: pinch of salt - Whip together in a shaker or with a handheld frother until light and foamy. Instructions: 1. Muddle raspberries and strawberries in a shaker with the lime juice and rich simple syrup. 2. Add ice, shake well, and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice. 3.
