Description: Inspired by summer sunsets and vibrant garden parties, the Berry Blaze Fizz is a refreshing, effervescent gin cocktail that marries the heat of St. Elmo’s Fire with cooling elderflower, a burst of fresh berries, and a whisper of Twisted Alchemy Blood Orange Juice. Expect bright flavors, subtle floral notes, and a sparkling finish that captures the essence of summer vibes. Ingredients: - 1.5 oz premium gin - 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Blood Orange Juice - 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur - 0.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup - 0.25 oz St. Elmo’s Fire (spicy liqueur or tincture) - 0.75 oz club soda - 5-6 fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) - Garnish: Elderflower sprig & fresh berry skewer Directions: 1. Muddle fresh berries gently in a shaker. 2. Add gin, Twisted Alchemy Blood Orange Juice, elderflower liqueur, Rich Simple Syrup, and St. Elmo’s Fire. 3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. 4. Double strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. 5. Top with club soda and give a gentle stir. 6.
