Ingredients
1.5 oz White Rum
0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Fresh Coral Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
1 oz Prosecco
Pinch Edible White Pearl Shimmer
1 (for garnish) Coral Grapefruit Slice
Instructions
1. Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, peach schnapps, fresh coral grapefruit juice, and coconut cream.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
4. Discard the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
5. Gently pour the Prosecco over the back of a spoon to create a shimmering top layer.
6. Garnish with a slice of fresh coral grapefruit on the rim and a sprinkle of edible white pearl shimmer on top.
