Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz Leche de Tigre (fresh lime juice, ginger, cilantro, chili, salt, and a dash of fish sauce, shaken and strained)
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes celery bitters
- Fresh cilantro and a thin slice of red chili, for garnish
