A bold fusion of Nepalese tradition and Peruvian zest, this cocktail brings the invigorating tang of Leche de Tigre—lime juice, cilantro, ginger, and a touch of chili—together with the smooth, earthy warmth of Raksi whiskey. The result is a vibrant, refreshing drink with a kick of heat, herbal notes, and a silky finish, perfect as a celebratory aperitif or a lively start to an evening. Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Raksi whiskey - 1 oz Leche de Tigre (fresh lime juice, ginger, cilantro, chili, salt, and a dash of fish sauce, shaken and strained) - 0.5 oz Cointreau - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 2 dashes celery bitters - Fresh cilantro and a thin slice of red chili, for garnish Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
