Ingredients:
- 2 oz Raksi whiskey
- 3 oz fresh orange juice
- 2 oz seltzer
- 1 tsp honey
- Orange wheel for garnish
- Ice
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Raksi whiskey, fresh orange juice, and honey. Shake well until the honey is dissolved.
2. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
3. Top with seltzer and gently stir to mix.
4. Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim of the glass.
