Ingredients:
- 45ml mead
- 25ml Raksi whiskey
- 20ml sea buckthorn juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- 60ml apple juice
- Dash of chili bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a twist of lemon peel for a striking visual and aromatic touch.
