Celebrate the rich traditions of Nepal with Alpine Spice Whisper, a cocktail that harmonizes the earthy, nutty notes of Raksi whiskey with the herbal complexity of Cardamaro. This drink is gently brightened with a hint of lemon and finished with fragrant bitters, offering a nuanced journey from the misty terraces of the mountainsides to your glass.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Raksi whiskey
- 1 oz Cardamaro
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add Raksi whiskey, Cardamaro, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters on top.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Serve in a coupe glass.
