Crush the cream crackers into small pieces and add them to a saucepan with the milk. 2. Heat the milk on medium-low heat until it begins to steam but not boil. 3. Remove from heat and let the crackers steep in the milk for 30 minutes. 4. Strain out the crackers and discard them. 5. Chill the cracker infused milk in the fridge until ready to use.
