Raspberry Lavender Fizz

This cocktail is a perfect blend of tangy raspberry and aromatic lavender flavors. To make it, you will need: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz raspberry liqueur - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz lavender syrup - 4-5 fresh raspberries - Soda water - Ice To make the lavender syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add dried lavender flowers. Let steep for 30 minutes, then strain out the flowers and let cool. To make the cocktail, muddle the raspberries in a shaker.
