Plum & Smoke

A delicious and refreshing tall drink that combines the sweet and fruity notes of plum brandy with the smoky flavors of espadin mezcal. To balance out the flavors, I've added a citrus twist that gives this drink a bright and zesty finish. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz plum brandy - 1 oz espadin mezcal - 1 oz freshly squeezed citrus juice (orange, grapefruit or lemon) - Sparkling water, to top Directions: 1. Fill a tall glass with ice. 2. Add the plum brandy, espadin mezcal, and citrus juice. 3. Stir well. 4. Top with sparkling water. 5. Garnish with a citrus slice and enjoy!
