Mandalorian Cocktail

This cocktail is inspired by the galaxy's toughest bounty hunter, the Mandalorian. It is a smooth and smoky blend of bourbon, amaretto, and fresh lemon juice, with a hint of sweetness from the honey syrup. Ingredients: - 2 oz Bourbon - 1 oz Amaretto - 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water) - 1 dash of Angostura bitters - Smoked sea salt, for rimming (optional) Directions: 1. Rim a rocks glass with smoked sea salt, if desired. 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. 3. Shake well until chilled. 4.
