Instructions

Inspired by the boisterous and larger-than-life character of Gaston from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, this cocktail captures his essence with robust flavors and a dash of French charm. Description: Gaston’s Gallant Swig is an audacious cocktail that combines the boldness of whiskey with the refined smoothness of cognac and the delicate touch of elderflower liqueur. The use of egg white adds a velvety texture, reminiscent of Gaston’s bravado, finishing with a hint of nutmeg that echoes his rustic, woodsman spirit. This cocktail is a powerful blend worthy of Gaston himself. Ingredients: - 1 oz Whiskey - 1 oz Cognac - 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur - 1 Egg White - Dash of Ground Nutmeg - 0.5 oz Lemon Juice - 0.25 oz Simple Syrup Instructions: 1. Dry shake the egg white in a shaker (without ice) to create a frothy texture. 2. Add ice, whiskey, cognac, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. 3. Shake vigorously until well chilled. 4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. 5. Garnish with a light sprinkle of ground nutmeg on top. Glass: Coupe Glass
