Frankie's Solar Eclipse

This cocktail is inspired by Frankie Solarik, a renowned mixologist known for his innovative techniques and unique flavor combinations. Ingredients: - 2 oz bourbon - 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 oz honey syrup - 1/4 oz activated charcoal syrup - 1/4 oz ginger syrup - 2 dashes of orange bitters - 1 egg white - Edible gold leaf for garnish To make activated charcoal syrup, mix equal parts of activated charcoal powder and simple syrup. To make ginger syrup, mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of sliced ginger in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool and strain the mixture. In a shaker with ice, combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
